What is your response time if I message you?
We do our best to answer all of our emails within 48 business hours. Please do not message us on Facebook or Instagram with customer service related issues, as we do not monitor these social media outlets for these issues.
Can I share pictures of my planner online or with you?
Of course! Feel free to share them with us or online. If you share pictures of our planners on Instagram, feel free to tag them with the hashtag #oatagilityplanner.
How big are your planners?
All our planners are currently 7"x10".
Are all your planners undated?
Yes, all our planners are undated by design.

Fulfillment & Shipping
How are Oat Agility Planners made?
We work with a print house that prints all planners on demand. When you make an order, it is sent to the print house almost immediately.
What is your current processing time?
Our processing time varies due to the season your order is placed and the volume of orders that are received during this time. Our current processing time and approximate ship dates can be viewed on each page during the ordering process as well as at check out. Because each planner is not printed until an order is placed, the processing time is the same regardless of the number of customizations.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. If you would like us to sell in your region, please send us a message so that we can develop a sense of the interest for that area.
Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not currently offer order pick ups at this time.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping update via email. This email will contain a link to your tracking information.
My online tracking information is not updating. What can you do to help?
Please be patient with tracking updates for standard shipping as tracking might not begin updating for 24-48 hours and will not update at all while your package is on a truck traveling to you. The information you see on the tracking is the same information that is provided to us. We have found that tracking is not always accurate and that your package can arrive at your door without tracking having ever updated.
My package has been delayed in shipping. What can you do?
There are many reasons why a package can be delayed during transit, including weather, the mishandling of your package by the carrier, and incorrect address information on the shipping label. For Standard Shipping, please keep in mind that the delivery date given in the tracking information is an estimated delivery date rather than a guaranteed delivery date and that Standard Shipping can take as many as 8 business days. If you have not received your package after 8 business days for standard shipping, or after 3 business days for Priority shipping, please let us know so we follow up on your package.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you need to change the address on your order, there is a chance that we can catch it and make the change before your package is shipped. Please email us as soon as possible to see if it is not too late. We will always do our best to accommodate this change.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes with both our Standard and Priority shipping methods.
I provided the incorrect address and my package was returned to you. What is your policy?
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Oat Productivity is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. Oat Productivity is also not responsible if a forwarding address is not honoured. If any fees are issued for a forwarding address service, Oat Productivity is not responsible for any charges that a customer might incur. An additional shipping charge of $13 USD will be required for Oat Productivity to resend your package to the correct address.
Do you accept returns?
Because we are still a small company that does not hold its inventory, we are not able to accept returns at this time. If there is an error or damage on our part, please contact us right away so we can remedy the problem.
My planner arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order letting us know the damage that has occurred to your planner and attach a photo of the damage. We will be sure to fix the problem right away.
I received someone else’s order. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately if the order you received is not your order. We will ship the correct order right out.
My planner is not what I thought I had ordered.
If you feel your planner is not correct, please let us know, and we will review your order to make sure that we have printed your planner as shown on your order. If the mistake is on our part, we will reprint your planner and ship a new one right out. If the mistake is due to an ordering error, we would be happy to make any corrections if you would like to send your planner back to us. We just ask that you cover all of the shipping charges.
My planner was less than perfect when it arrived.
It is our goal that every planner arrives in perfect condition, but we realize that there might be exceptions. If you find any errors in your planner, please contact us within 7 business days, and we will be sure to fix any mistake that we have made.
